If someone died in the middle of the night, what did people do with the body? This question is about the Holocaust.

In the Jewish Holocaust (6 million killed) victims would be either in the 'ghetto' or the in the 'concentration/death' camp.
If in the ghetto they might be allowed to bury the body the next day in a makeshift cemetery if the Nazis allowed that (most Nazi ghettos didn't). Or a wagon would roll by in the morning with the call 'bring out your dead' and the body would be tossed on the heap of other people who had died during the night and then taken to a mass burial pit.
If in the concentration/death camp the dead body would just be dragged out the next morning or days and thrown naked on the heap of all the other naked dead bodies that accumulated every day.
