Can you get Hep C or HIV from a toilet seat? ?

Can you catch anything from a toilet seat like Hep C or anything? I have scratches on my body (I have excema and scratch myself from anxiety) they aren’t fresh cuts. I also wiped the seat with an alcohol wipe but wasn’t sure how long it was until I sat down Thanks!

If you scratch your butt until bleeds and then sit on an infected toilet seat you are likely to get very sick.  Most public toilet seats are saturated with microscopic particles of sh*t.
