Not at all! It's not as prevalent as in fat people, but liver dysfunction occurs in ANYONE who doesn't only eat whole foods and only drink water, unsweetened teas and unflavored milk.
Yes, junk foods are responsible for almost all cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, no matter what body size.
After all, the cause of the disease is also the cause of most obesity, but one certainly needn't be fat.
