Burping alot more than I use to?

So until thesse past 5 years, I rarely burped. Like I would only burp once a year. I couldn't burp.

Around the time I turned 18 (I'm 23) I could burp alot more. Ever since, I have been burping alot of times every day.

Any idea how I went from hardly being able to burp to being able to burp everyday many times a day?
