The phone comes with its own internal storage. So the 512GB iPhone will come with up to 512 GB of storage space. In reality, you'll have less due to various factors, but that's besides the point.

iCloud storage, as the name implies, is storage on Apples cloud platform called iCloud. This allows you to store your pictures and other files on the cloud.
