Should I use Miracle Whip/salad dressing or mayonnaise for deviled eggs?

It all depends if you want a 'tang' to the taste or not. No 'tang' - then use Mayo. Yes 'tang' - then use Miracle Whip.

I'd use mayonnaise, but I've never used the others, they may work?

Mayo. Never miracle whip

Frankly, it really makes no difference. You will get purists that will say mayo only, but in reality, both get the job done. Use what you like and have on hand.

This can be a very opinionated thing.
There are people that will NOT eat Miracle Whip or salad dressing. There are people that prefer that over mayo.
I happen to not have salad dressing in the house, only mayo.
A friend uses only Miracle Whip.
I would not have a problem eating deviled eggs using either but I make them with mayo.
So long story short, use what you have or if you happen to have both make half with one and half with the other and people cam make their own choice, or you will know the preference when there are more of one than the other left.

I use mayonnaise, dijon mustard, dry mustard and sweet pickle relish in mine, and sometimes top with a sweet pickled jalapeno slice.

Depends on your taste. Mayo works for me.
