The Jewish population is 2%+  of the total US population.

Jews place a great deal of emphasis on educational achievement, dear, and for that reason, they tend to be successful in life.  They're like Asians that way.

Non-Jews could learn a lot from them.  My Jewish husband's extended family includes PhDs, MDs, JDs, MBAs -- holders of a variety of advanced degrees.  It's admirable.

Jews represent more than 1% of the population, but it's less than 2% now. The number is shrinking all the time, because of intermarriage.
