Congress must do something to hold every state to the laws of the Constitution.  Courts and Secretaries of State cannot, cannot change or make Voting Laws-only the State Legislatures can do this.  And I don't care if the whole US is being attacked by killer bees, that Constitution doesn't change.  John Roberts and the Supreme Court should have told them to take their Voting changes to their State Legislature.
