Upper and middle chest workout?
Im currently doing
Mon: back and shoulderThur: chest and arms
Tue and Wed: Recover day > Walk(1hr)
Sat and Sun: Rest Day
I have been following my PT's regime for the past 3 months where I have seen some improvements but my upper and middle chest seems to be lacking behind a lot in comparison to the other muscles. As for my chest and arms day, I only have an hour in the gym with my instructor so could I incorporate a minor upper & middle chest day on Tuesday followed by my 1 hr walk? and if so what exercise can be recommended besides incline BP? I have DB/Barbells and bench at home
