Is the following true about fast twitch muscle fibres?
Hello, to anyone reading this, I was just wondering the following. So I've heard that strength training such as low reps and heavy weights can increase fast twitch muscle fibres, as well as plyometric training. I heard the following from the channel 'The Bioneer' He says that doing high reps with low weights till the point of failure will exhaust even the fast twitch muscle fibre, since it will be used once the slow ones are done. Is this true?
