In order to check the adrenal glands for adrenal disorders or dysfunction, you will have to see a doctor. The doctor will then conduct a series of tests depending on your specific signs and symptoms to determine whether you have an adrenal gland disorder. These tests can include a CT scan, a blood test to measure cortisol levels and other hormones, a physical exam, and various other tests.

Blood and urine tests help measure the amount of adrenal hormones, which can detect a functional tumor. A computed tomography (CT or CAT) scan or a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan may be useful in diagnosing an adrenal gland tumor and determining whether it is cancerous.

check them how exactly? There are blood tests and ultrasounds but it would be unusual to find something with out symptoms. You are asking alot about adrenals, look online and read about them.
