Is it bad to sleep with earplugs? ?

My neighbours make constant noise in the middle of the night waking me int the night when I already have to wake up early in the morning. I'm asking if this is physically a bad thing, please only respond to that question.

yes it is. why the heck would u do that? u can't hear if there was an emergency or something
