It's an old expression that means the person is taking a 5-minute break from work and is off the clock.

I don't understand what 'she changed the clothes' means, but I would assume that she's taking a 5 minute break.

Hard to tell, given the lack of context.
But if I had to guess, I'd say it means she's on a break.
