Can I use creatine to temporarily increase my water weight ?
I've lost weight -but need to make my weight (as measured on a scale) reach a particular number in a month. I am eating more,etc. I even know what I will wear on the day of the weigh-in. But I was thinking about adding creatine. I hear that athletes use it , but apparently an (often unwanted ) side effect is that it makes you gain a few pounds of water weight. Is this true? If so I would like to take it for a couple of weeks beforehand.
