I am 115 lb. and I am 5’7. I am looking for a way to lose thigh weight. Have any of you figured out a good way?

    Try aerobic exercise or stretching exercise or walking up and down the stairs. Running may help too.  A good diet is needed. Are you underweight? Please see the doctor for a check up and ask him to advise about weight and exercise.

    At that height its too low, you may have a disorder.  I'd see a doctor if anything you need to gain weight.

    I'd recommend exercise to increase the muscle on your thighs.

    At that height and weight you are UNDERWEIGHT!!! GAIN WEIGHT! If you get sick that isn't good being that skinny. You need muscle, to keep healthy. (I'm a RN, plus take either airborne or Emergen C to keep you immune system up!)

    At your height and weight you don't. You are already underweight.

    eat less, exercise more.
