Are the following sentence grammatically correct?

Put the guilty in the others never works. 

Blaming others never works.

    The first sentence makes no sense.  You can't "put" an adjective -- guilty -- anywhere.  It should be:  putting the guilt ON others never works.

    The second sentence is fine.

    The second is fine. The first should be Putting guilt in others never works.

    Placing guilt on others never works.

    Blaming others never works.
