How do I get a free employment history on myself, ?

From me. I just happen to run a company that provides fake employment histories and CV's for no-hopers and unemployables like yourself. Prices range from almost reasonable to completely, absolutely unreasonable. Terms and conditions apply. Buy two, get none free - because you have to buy six to get a free one. Get in touch.

Go to the Social Security Administration and create a profile to monitor your accumulated benefits.

Look on the site and somewhere you'll find your employment history. It's been a long time since I've done it, so I can't guide you through the steps. But the information is there - you'll just have to look for it.

Presumably YOU know where you've worked, so you compile one yourself.
