Why are men’s rights movement issues not relevant or important?

They are important. But in this feminist and politically correct culture (in the United States) men are second class. Anything that benefits men is "sexist" and anything that benefits women is "empowerment".

Because all men's rights issues are part of the patriarchy, which feminism addresses.

You may feel that way but from lobbying to end the military draft to progress on subjects like child custody, incarceration, false rape reports, paternity fraud, homelessness and other issues men's rights organizations are as relevant as ever. Sorry you don't see it that way.
