It's just called salsa. Not salsa sauce.
It's a mix of tomatos, onions peppers, and seasonings. Usually served with tortilla chips or mexican/texmex food

Salsa IS sauce. Salsa is just the Spanish word for sauce.

A spicy tomato-based sauce, not sure if it is Mexican or Texan in origin. Can be either mild or hot.
