My period is late when I start working out, but I want to lose weight, so what do I do?

My period is almost a month late since I started working out last month. I don't want it to be late. But at the same time, I want to work out and lose weight. So what do I do? How do I balance the two?


I'm 15 and I'm 100% I'm not pregnant. 100% sure.

    That's not a thing. Sorry kid but you're pregnant.

    See a doctor.  They can do a blood test to check for pregnancy.  If you've missed your period for some other reason they can do more lab work to figure out why.
