Which is more important for frequent consumption: Red meat or chicken?

Fish is the least important out of all kinds of meat cos it is recommended for only 2 or 3 times a week.

    Fish is only dangerous if it has bioaccumulated mercury. Fishes at the lower rungs of the food chain [yes, I know I'm mixing a metaphor.] are safe, as are the ones you raise under controlled conditions. Don't worry about what someone thinks is important. Eat what you like and mix it up.

    I've been told we should only eat red meat once a week because it can be bad for your health otherwise.

    It should be fish. But out of the two, maybe meat. Though I'd choose chicken because of the protein intake and less damaging.
