My son has intense stomach pain and diarrhea. He ate jalapenos earlier. What should I do?

If he is not taking in enough liquids, he could become dehydrated, for a child it is more serious, and could die. Gatorade, or pedialite which is a measured, amount of electrolytes, sugar, salt, and other minerals needed. OJ can be used too, If he has enough fluids, over the counter meds, like Pepto, and charcoal, drink or pills. It is mainly used to prevent any foreign food, drugs, from the body to absorb it. The charcoal will bond with it, and it will stop adding to his discomfort.

This could be a case of food poisoning if he's eaten jalapenos before with no problem. Vegetables like peppers can be sources of things like salmonella.
If he's really in pain, he might need ER treatment. Call your doctor.

Let him eat a teaspoon of xylitol and a quart of ice cream (of his favorite flavor).
When finished digesting, or in five hours, take a shower-attachment enema.
