Do you fundamentally look different at 22 than when you are 18?

I'm 22, guy, and I am considered a fairly attractive guy. But I came across some pictures of me from the very end of high school when I was 18, and I feel like I looked pretty freaking great (my face is far more angular, my jaw seemed stronger, etc). I think I have gained some weight (I am sort of "skinny fat" and don't have a fantastic diet, and I was super thin then) and I am curious if I were to drop it, and get toned up, if my face would look roughly like it did when I was 18, 4.5 years ago, or if people's face structure becomes altered in those years (Has my face actually become rounder? Is my jaw weaker?)
