Is Trump going to be prosecuted by Biden's DOJ?

Based on the mueller report or any other crimes

    No. Once he's out of office, Trump is no longer of interest to the Feds. Biden's administration will have its hands full just undoing Trump's mess and restoring the public's confidence in its institutions. Taking down Trump will be up to the State courts.

    Biden will allow his DOJ to be independent, from him, which is the way it is supposed to be.

    Probably not. That would start a dangerous precedence of political revenge. We even pardoned Nixon who probably would have been convicted.

    Biden's DOJ will have to find one crime first. Are people still going on about Mueller after he and his team spent three years trying to frame President Trump and were unable to find a single crime to prosecute President Trump with. Members of Mueller's team are being investigated for various crimes.
