Is a big Mac healthy?

    --  No, it contains fatty beef, large amounts of salt, a high level of preservatives of which some can cause cancer (one scientist did a test and the MacDonalds burger was still free from fungus and mold even after 7 years).

    --  The tomatoes, lettuce and buns may have the fiber plus the vitamins and minerals that are needed, but they are the only healthy part.

    Everytime you eat one you increase your chances of getting cancer.

    Probably not great, but a couple times a week won't hurt you.

    the answer to that is 'yes'

    Now start giving a feck about if its healthy or not lol

    Not realy but if thats all you eat its even worse.

    How often do you eat a big mac? ( Daily weekly monthly?)  What's your diet outside that big mac?

    No. On rare occasion it won't make much difference. But in general it's not healthy.
