    Absolutely NOT.

First of all, there is only about 6 days during any 28 to 30 day cycle that a woman can become pregnant.  It would be very easy to assume that he just wasn't having sex with them during their fertile time frame.

Second, there is always a chance that the women were taking birth control while with him and he didn't know - they just didn't bother to tell him.

Third, even when everything happens at the right time, not every fertilized egg successfully implants.  Women only have a 25% chance of becoming pregnant during any cycle.

NEVER assume that a man is "infertile" just because he has never gotten other women pregnant.

No, not necessarily. The reason his other partners may not have gotten pregnant was because THEY were responsible and used contraceptives, which wouldn't have any impact on HIS fertility.

Of course not.  Remember, it's NOT just the man - often times, some women just can't get pregnant and have kids.  It's better for both to be tested.

Not necessarily, it wasn't only him involved in past relationships... perhaps they were infertile, on birth control, otherwise weren't trying to get pregnant.

    No.

If he wants to KNOW if he's infertile, he can make an appointment with a urologist and have a semen analysis done.

Is this the same brother you were asking about SIX YEARS AGO, or some other dumbcluck?

No, it might simply mean that all previous lovers did not want children, and thus ensured suitable precautions.

Only if you knew for certain that a previous lover was disappointed that she did not get pregnant could you begin to think of fertility problems, and those problems might be his or hers.
