It is legal to use my designed logo, which was't sold, in my portfolio with client company's name?
Hello, I designed logo for a client, that contains their company's name. Logo was not sold, so is it legal to use this logo(with their company's name) in my portfolio?
Someone answered: why not to delate company's name, i cant because logo contains company's name like typography.

Yes it is legal, unless you signed a specific agreement to the contrary with the client.
When discussing or describing it – you should say it was a proposed logo for Xxxx that was not used.

You can use it even if is was sold -- as long as you are the. designer. You are showing your work as a designer. You are not using the logo as your own company logo and you are not selling that logo to someone else.
