Is the following sentence grammatically correct?

Did you know any good physician who can treat this issue?

    You can't use simple past mixing  with present form of modal auxiliary "can". It' makes the sentence apparently incongruous.

    A replacement is here which may be precise .

    Did you know any good physician who could treat this issue?

                     OR

    Do you know any good physician who can treat this issue?

    Do you know a good doctor who could treat this problem?

    Note that 'doctor' is generally used in Britain. 'Physician' is more in use in the USA.

    No, it is "Do you know..."
