"Apparently "Who"is the subject of the sentence , obviously the third person.
Similarly , Who invited you? Here too WHO belongs to third person.
Whenever you ask someone, the replying person can't be and never be taken as first person.

Well, which of the following would be correct?
WHO IS that car-destroyer?
WHO AM that car-destroyer?
Obviously, "who" doesn't take a first-person verb form ("am").
