Are the following sentence grammatically correct?

    "How did you sleep last night?"  That is what you will hear people say in Britain. Or: "Did you sleep well last night?"  Note 'last night', not 'yesterday'.

    Of your two, A is possible, B is wrong, because of slept'. No native speaker would speak like that.

    Note also: "Are the following sentences.....?"

    No. Try: How did you sleep yesterday.

    Both are wrong and nobody says that phrase. The normal phrase is.........Did you sleep well last night?
