When they say that New York is the city that never sleeps, does that extend to its Central Business District, or...? ?

does that only apply to Broadway?

Don't go into a UFO to be "healed" by evil demons. Unforgivablegreen666 is given by isotope rays on wrist or forehead when people stretch hands to receive smallplasticgreycard withnonameonit (World Passport). Hide with OrthodoxChristians to escape 666; leave all electronics behind so that antichrist's minions can't track you; burn documents because they're from Satan. Police will microchip and isotope ray people on highways. If the last descendant rejects mark of the beast, then his/her ancestors go to heaven.Food stores will isotoperay people too. Antichrist will also release prisoners/insane asylum people to mark people. Reject 666 at all cost because it leads to permanent hell. Forgive me.

Source(s): Project Pogo was to gather info who's against Israel (like 12 millions of Americans). Alex Jones = Zionist shill. He never blames Israel for anything 'cause he married Jewish woman. If you watched his (or similar like Anonymous, Adam Green, etc.) videos, then you're on the list to be exterminated during Project Zyphr. During winter, electricity will be turned off and dissidents will be gathered into underground camps. The rest will be micro-chipped (Book of Revelation, Chapters 13-14).

COVID has changed things a bit.  Much harder but not impossible to find 24 hour delis or restaurants, and bars were never allowed 24 hours.  But public transit--subways, buses, ferries--all continue to run 24/7.  Theaters are shut.  But the business district continues to operate with little change except for people wearing masks.  And all public services such as fire, medical, police, continue unchanged.

It applies to the entire city, and somewhere,  something is open 24 hours.

Subways run all night.......bars, restaurants, clubs, are open to the wee hours and beyond, and then  breakfast joints start opening..........police, fireman,  hospitals , all work 24/7  shifts........holidays included.

The City NEVER sleeps.....you find places open   24/7.

There's not much of a distinction between the business district and the restaurants and bars that stay open. That saying means that there's always something to do in New York. But businesses mostly follow a 9-5 schedule.

It means - and this is poetic - that there is always SOMETHING open. when the last bar closes, bakeries and milk delivery and newspaper printing, traditionally, were already at work.  No, not every place is open 25 hours a day - no need.  And at the moment, we are all watching and waiting to see just when more and more place CAN open, and do so wisely, so that we do suffer from an even more serious setback.  This week, we have found RECORDED interviews of The Orange Turd admitting in JANUARY that he knew how the COVID virus worked, and was spread - but that he wanted business open so his real estate empire in NYC would continue to gain in value.  With that outlook, NYC will fall into a permanent COMA, not just sleep for a while.  We have 54 days left until we can VOTE HIM OUT - or hop he catches COVID himself - or that his Adderall addiction further escalates his mental collapse to the point where his defeat is assured.
