Prenuptial agreement?

If a billionaire earns 100 billion a year, is it an obligation to give 50 billion a year to his wife without receiving 50 billion from her every year?

Prenuptial agreement does not help him not to give her 50 billion a year?

If he wants to get 99 billion a year and wants to give only the salary $30,000 what should he do?

A prenup would absolutely cover that especially when talking about money that one partner had before the marriage. However if he truly has $100 billion, then $30k is probably less than he pays his maid. Why not agree to put a certain amount in an account and set up a retirement account for her or have the contributions to this joint account increase for every year of marriage. Ultimately if you are in that situation, just don't get married. You can easily just pay people to pretend to love you and clean up after you.

His obligation and her obligation is based on what the laws are where they live, and where the divorce is filed (if they should some time divorce).
