Can i lift weights if I’m anorexic ?

Absolutely! Look into mass gainers they are tasty powders that you can mix milk with and drink it. This will give you the carbs and protein needed to lift weight . They are very pleasant to drink and offer so many flavors to choose from

Can you lift weights? No one here knows if you are capable of lifting weights, although if you start light you probably will be able to lift some.
Building muscle is a different issue. You need to eat to a calorie excess (more calories than your body uses) in order to have energy for your body to build muscle. If you aren't eating enough, and the right foods, muscle building isn't going to occur.
