Does this count as an extracurricular?

I am a rising senior and right now I am filling out my activities section for my college application and I was wondering if going to Chinese School on Sundays counted as an extracurricular activity?

At Chinese school, I learned Chinese, Chinese culture, and we did dance performances once in a while as well.

But I am just curious as to what category this would be considered as? Would it just be "other"? and do I just put myself as a student?

I would say no. Extracurricular activities are viewed as things that you do AT YOUR school outside of regular coursework. Things such as band, sports, clubs, and school organizations. Your Chinese school would be a Hobby/Other.
