Why is it important to be a competent nurse?

If you are a nurse and are reading this, please share your thoughts. I'm doing some research 😊

Hello I’m not a nurse but I fo know their being competent is life saving as well as helps patients feel more at ease knowing they care and their to help patients especially when they have a positive attitude it changes people outlook on their situation and attitudes. It’s a true blessings seeing all those in the medical field on the front lines willing to put their lives at risk for the sake of others outside a paycheck.
