Use L'Hopital's rule:

lim (secx - 1)/x^3 =

x->0-

lim secx tanx/3x^2 = ...use L'Hopital's rule again

x-> 0-

lim (sec^2x tanx + sec^3x)/6x = -∞

x-> 0-
