How many insects does the average human being kill in his lifetime?

Cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies, spiders, ants...

Not too many because we are not agile enough to catch or kill them. We may kill a few with insecticide spray but most insects are killed by farmers, pest control departments and exterminators.

I'd have to say many millions.

It's more than just spraying a roach or swatting a fly.  Think of all the insects we crush with the tires of our car over the decades we drive.  Think of the food we eat where pesticides were sprayed on that food while grown.
