Is it better to workout twice or three times a day or more for health benefits?

    It is best to work out once.

    I've never went more than once in a day. Go once 2 days in a row instead of 2 times in one day. If your body is willing to go more than once, don't follow it. Wait till the next day perhaps 18-24 hrs from that workout.
