    The better one you probably have not heard of is a Hawaiian specialty called Moco Loco. It's a burger patty served on rice with a sunny side up egg on top, and the whole thing is drenched in brown beef gravy. The sides are more rice and usually macaroni salad.  But like I said, it's good.

    I couldn't say that any food is my "favorite". Very good that sounds odd is cheese and crackers with honey. Mostly hard, aged cheeses for us but probably any would do. We were introduced to it in a restaurant in Florence so it's not really so obscure.
