Raw vegetables, like celery and carrot sticks.
One ounce of cheese.
One ounce of nuts -- walnuts, almonds, pecans, pistachios. Not cashews or peanuts.
Avoid the grains sweet fruits, milk and cottage cheese. They have too many carbs, which are what your body will burn before it ever starts burning your body fat. Do some research on the keto diet. Youtube has some great short videos. I like those of Thomas DeLauer and Dr Eric Berg.

Whole fruits and whole grains, like popcorn. Anything that fills you up that has good nutritional value and little calories. Even a glass of full-fat milk would be a good snack.
