How maintain your fitness during the lockdown?

Due to pandemics, Gyms are closed and many of us forgot our routine so how we can stay fit at home

    Jog and do a type of prison cell workout. It uses body weight.

    I actually toned a lot during quarantine and lost around 10 lbs while refining the lines around my abs.

    There are a lot of free lance exercises that you can do. Anything you do with the intent of exercising, is, exercising.

    As a farm girl with no gyms around anyway I maintain it by cardio , toning exercises and wii fit . You don’t need a gym just your own motivation
