    Get up Early in the morning, Drink Warm Water with Lemon and Honey. Doing Abbs Excercise and Crunches as well as Yoga.

    Definitely you will lose the weight because I did. I lose 1 kg weight in the month.

    Remedy 1 - Drink hot water with half a lemon and honey in it (in the morning when you get up and before sleeping)

    Remedy 2 - Drink coconut water once a day in the morning, as it will not create craving for food.
