Impossible to answer without more information. How much do the component parts cost? How quickly can you make each piece? How much work goes into each piece? What's your expected profit?

If each piece takes 8$ worth of supplies and it takes an hour to make and includes intermediate to advanced level jewelry making skills then you are losing money.

Don't forget that your labor is worth something. You can calculate your labor by the hour and divide by how many pieces you make in an hour. Increase your hourly wage for advanced skills such as wire wrapping, bead weaving or metalworking.

How much do the beads, strings chains cost? A lots of beginners don't take materials cost into consideration. You can't sell 25$ worth of materials for 15$ and make a profit. Beads and jewelry making supplies can be expensive.

There are resources on line for beginners including costing calculators, how to price your work and more. Etsy has helpful information from people who learned what not to do. There are forums and message boards for bead and jewelry makers and how to run a business. Use Google, it's out there and easy to find.

This site is for first timers and beginners thinking of selling handmade anything and goes into details about costing. Read it: https://www.launchgrowjoy.com/how-to-price-your-pr...

It depends on how much you sell and what your profit margin is.
