If a T-Rex drank one bottle of Vodka, would it have any effect?

Only Russian T-Rexes drank Vodka. Most T-Rexes drank beer except the French dinosaurs who drank Champaign.

Tyrannosaur rex is so huge that one bottle of vodka would have no noticeable effect upon it.

Non-Sequitor, since both never existed in the same time frame.

Impossible to tell since no-one knows what the metabolism of a dinosaur was.

Perhaps not a noticeable effect but there would be some effect. No one knows the exact blood volume of a 16,000 pound (8 tons) T-rex. An adult American crocodile averages about 1,000 pounds and has roughly the same volume of blood as a 180 pound male human, about 5 liters. A quart of vodka is the same as 21 shots. While the human might not feel a buzz after one shot, the body is being affected. Assuming a T-rex had proportional blood volume to a crocodile, a human or croc consuming one shot would be the same as the T-rex consuming 16 shots. Increase that by 5 shots or 33% and the T-rex would be somewhat affected.
