Keto diet, Carb manager app?
Im 22 years ol guy, i weight around 218, and my height is 5'11.
Question is, those who use carb manager app, do you have to fill up the recommended fats and proteins?
Personally, im eating below the calories the app told me to eat. Im eating around 120g of fat out of 142g, 100g of protein out of 114g, below 20g of carbs, and eating 1400 calories out of the recommended 1818 calories.
Question is, do i still have to fill up on fats and protein to reach 142g and 114g and eat close to around 1818 calories? to reach ketosis? or am i ok?
