How to lose weight?

I'm 17 female, and i've been fat my whole life. I weigh about 100 kilos. What should I do to lose weight, and what should I eat. I usually eat bread for breakfast and lunch, and rice for dinner, and I don't exercise because I really don't have much time.

    Let's break this down a little bit.  You need to start counting calories and tracking everything you eat. That means using an app like Lose It! and actually weighing and measuring your portions -- not guessing.  People who are significantly overweight are overeaters.  You need to adopt a new relationship with food and also understand how to see food as fuel for your body and brain.  If you live with your parents, then you need to talk with them and work with them to help you have the foods you need and make better food choices.

    1. No bread or rice or cereal or pasta or potatoes or fruit juice.  Carbs make you stop fat and prevent you from being able to burn stored fat.  

    2. Eat at least six cups of vegetables a day.  This can be any combination of items in a salad or as a steamed or roasted vegetable or as part of another dish.  

    3. Eat 2-3 servings a day of protein that are about 3 ounces each. Keep your total protein to abut six (6) ounces a day.  Yes, you have to weigh the meat on a food scale.

    4. Aim for about 1500 calories a day.  After a month, adjust that based on whether or not you are losing weight at a healthy rate (about 2 pounds a week).  This is probably going to be a huge adjustment for you.  

    5. Drink lots and lots of water.  No more milk, juice, or soft drinks.  A little coffee or tea (ice herbal tea with stevia is great in the summer).  

    6. Don't snack.  Eat three meals per day and that's it.  Snacking increases insulin production and result is less fat loss.  You don't need snacks, you are just used to eating them.

    7. I'm sorry, but I'm sure you do have time to exercise.  There are hundreds of 30-minute exercise videos on YouTube.  Find a beginner workout and follow the modifications. Rest when you need to. Not only will this help you lose weight, it will give you an amazing sense of accomplishment.
