My grandmother has dysphagia after having a stroke. I heard that I need to keep her head turned to the bad side when eating. How can I ?

I try to get her to turn her head to the affected side, but she keeps resisting and wants to turn her head back to the good side. She also had dementia before having a stroke. What can I do to keep her head facing the affected side?

Heard from where this is nonsense. her head needs to be kept forwards or else the food will stick in her throat.
