If there is mince beef in the shop that dosen’t say on the packet what kind or how much fat it has. Is it ok to use for burgers?

Of course you can use it, BUT, depending on how lean the meat is, could mean that your burgers are drier than you would like them to be.

Yes, you can use it for anything that needs minced beef.

I don't know what you mean by “what kind” but if you want a certain fat content then I'd say buy a brand that's labelled.

  • The darker the mince the better.  If it is a light pink colour then you are going to get very 'fatty' burgers.

Yes  You can use any fat ratio however the more fat, the juicer the burger.  70/30 is the best.  80/20 is a little leaner and heathier.  Any leaner than that and the meat will be dry

    Ask the butcher.
