That sounds perfect. Eat the veggies raw without salt, butter, or ranch dressing.

You need to add some protein and fats in that meal. Maybe turkey or chicken and some avocado or something? Or you could have salmon with that?

Yes that is healthy as long as you did not add salt to it.

However, vegetables alone do not fill me up personally. Add some protein to it like chicken or fish.

Salt is only bad if you eat too much. Humans actually need salt, even if it's in small amounts.

A little low on protein, what was your food the rest of the day? A single meal does not show what you eat overall.

But yeah as part of a healthy diet it seems fine depending on what you ate the rest of the day.

You need to add a healthy fat because vitamins A,D,E, and K cannot be assimilated without fat...they are fat soluble vitamins

All of those foods are healthy, but that is hardly a balanced diet...and not at all satisfying.

You need some form of protein every day, whether from meat, fish, dairy, legumes, or seeds.

Your body also needs a certain amount of fat every day, although much less of that than protein.

Add 8 oz of grilled grass fed beef and it will be perfect.

In itself, it probably isn't. A good diet is one that takes into account what you eat over a month or even three months, not just a single meal.
