Can you eat pork 2 days after its sell by date?

I have a pack of pork belly slices that haven't been opened and I wanna use them up so they arnt wasted would they still be edible after 2 days?

    why not?? Thats a SELL BY date, not a "OMG you're gonna die" date and for the stores....

    You'll be fine.  Give them the smell test when you open the package.  If they don't smell bad, they are still good.

    Sell by date & best before date are different.

    Take a whiff first, Smell Ok? Cook and eat.

    Of course you can. You obviously don't have to consume it on the day you bought it and you'll have at least several days before it needs to be used (provided it's stored properly). 

    Next time you buy meat look for a “use by” date, that¡s really helpful, a “sell by” date is no use to you at all.

    Should be fine as long as the pork is vacuum sealed and it's been refrigerated.
